Here's how it works: Take on a health challenge for the month of September and ask your friends and family to donate to your campaign.

1. Choose your own 30-day health challenge for the month of September. Your health goal can be as achievable or as challenging as you like, and you can choose both physical and mental health goals—as long as it contributes to your personal wellness, it counts!
2. Simply sign up, add your fundraiser information, and make a statement about your health goal. We will guide you through the process of promoting your campaign to your friends and family using email and social media.

What is Health for Life?

Friendship Bridge serves nearly 35,000 women whose access to preventive healthcare is rarely an option. This lack of healthcare only perpetuates the cycle of poverty. To further our mission of creating opportunities that empower Guatemalan women to build a better life, our Health for Life program provides health education and preventive services.

We provide culturally-sensitive services using domiciliary and mobile clinics that travel to the villages where our clients live. Each clinic is staffed by highly-trained female medical staff fluent in the indigenous languages our clients speak.
